Web Browsers...?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a new web browser cause I'm not enjoying Netscape Navigator. What browsers does everyone use and why? Also, what are the easiest ones to use and what are the hardest ones to use? I'm tryin to avoid using an extremely hard web browser... Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

  1. getfirefox.com It is extremely easy to use, I noticed that it works faster than internet explorer. Firefox also has many "extras" that you can download that make it very convenient.
  2. I use IE7 and Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.4 Both are excellent Browsers, You just have to know how to tweak them to get the best performance out of them.. Good Luck
  3. i use Firefox and Opera
  4. +1 for firefox
  5. Just Browsing: -Safari for Windows and OS X http://www.apple.com/safari -Firefox for Windows, Linux and OS X http://www.firefox.com -Opera for Windows, Linux and OS X http://www.opera.com All In One Internet, Email, IM: -Seamonkey for Windows, Linux and OS X http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/ -AOL 9.0 http://daol.aol.com/software/90vr/ My personal favorites are Firefox and Seamonkey by Mozilla and Safari by Apple. All three are very easy to use.
  6. Mozilla Firefox http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ is a modern browser software supporting new W3C standards, this browser is very safe, but it needs huge amount of physical memmory and its start is relative very slow even on modern computers. Internet Explorer http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/ie/default.mspx is very fast browser starting so fast, it doesn't need so huge amount of physical computer resources, but this browsers is very dangerous, there is a real chance that your pc will be infected by visiting some untrusted pages such as porn etc. This browser doesn't support latest W3C standards and sometimes is very complicated for web developers tune the page for this browser. Opera http://www.opera.com/ for some people is Opera the replacement of Firefox because of Firefox computer resources problem, but Opera isn't so popular and in fact almost no one use this browser. There is also some problem with agressive caching of pages. (feature set as default)
  7. Never use Internet Explorer if you can help it, or it at least use IE7 over IE6. Firefox is the browser of choice for me due to its speed and repository of valuable extensions. Safari for Windows is also great as suggested earlier. Opera is the only real other alternative but I would go with Firefox or Safari =)
