How can I transfer my favorites from Firefox 2 to Internet Explorer 7?

Problems with Mozilla Firefox 2 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, I can't find a way to take my favorites from Firefox to Internet Explorer, bad thing about switching in the first place, besides I have some links saved, and it would take some time to pass them one by one

1. In IE 7, go to File, Import and Export. Follow instructions. Works great.
