does a blackberry storm come with internet browser if you get it without a 2 year contract?

The phone i have now is a razor but im staying on the same plan.Will i have acsess to internet browser if it is on my plan?

1. A browser is standard on a Blackberry. However, if you don't get a data plan from your cell phone provider, it will not be able to get a connection to the internet.
2. You will have to change your Verizon plan and add the BlackBerry data package. Verizon requires new users of BlackBerry devices to add the BlackBerry data plan, so it won't be a choice. The cost of the plan is $30 per month. What will happen is once you activate the phone the data package is automatically added.
