How do I password protect Mozilla Firefox 2 without using a program?

My sister wont stay off Firefox after I told her not to get on it and I wanted to know if there was a way to password protect it without using a program that she can just un-install.

1. No, you can't password protect a browser
2. Make a second user account on your pc and password lock yours and hide firefox on the second account. Otherwise you cannot lock a program individually you can however block it on your firewall and unblock it when you want to use it. or block the sites she goes to if theyre ones that you dont visit.
