My computer connected to the internet and the download working good , but I can't view my web browsers?

I formatted my computer a week ago and I did everything right , but after 2 days the web browsers stopped working it always appears blank , although my connection is good but I can't browse the pages and the messengers ?

1. Check you firewall settings. Firewalls sometimes automatically block ports, like in this case the port it might've blocked 80, 443, 8080, etc. Also check that it hasn't blocked your browsers, I mean the applications or services that run them.
