Why an advertisement box is being appeared on my web browsers?

Hi, As I mentioned earlier an advertisement box is being appeared every time I use my web browsers. It is really annoying... PLZ suggest anything to deal with this problem

1. what's it saying first of all.be carefulit's NOT A SCAM>> or hacker trying to hack his/her way in your system.hope your computer has anti-virus protection...always keep/have your fss on.(firewall safety &sercurity on.)
2. Hopefully you have good antvirus software installed and activated on your computer throughout all browsers that you are currently using. In each (IE, for example), make sure all pop-ups are blocked. Also make sure your Security settings for each Browser are set at their optimal/best You may also want to look at your Start Up folder. Disable/remove programs that you do not want to run Automatically upon Start Up. You also may need/choose to set your computer in Safe Mode
