How do i download the internet browser on my dsi?

ok. i just got my dsi and im hearing everyone talk about getting an internet browser. i dont hav wi-fi and i hav no clue if this browser is free or not. can someone help?

1. Im not a dsi expert, but here goes... 1. a r4i can get a opera mini internet browser. 2. you kinda need wi-fi to browse the internet 3. the opera mini internet browser is free..
2. well, you need wi-fi. if you don't have wi-fi at home, you'll need to find a public hotspot. you just go into the DSi Store on your menu and download the browser. then you can surf the Internet wherever there's wi-fi yes, it is indeed free
3. You need Wi-Fi to download it, but it's free. In order to download it, you need to connect to the DSiWare store, which requires Wi-Fi. Then you can download it from there for free.
4. You need to go a place with free wifi (panara or something) then go to the shop tap start shoping tap free and you will see nintendo browser tap it an hit download and thats it and it doesnt matter anyway if you dont have wifi you cant even use it
